Tender Description:

Tbilisi Mall announces tender for the Local arhitect.

Scope of work for TM architectural design works:
General:

• Minimum 10-year experience architectural and design works.
• A good reputation company portfolio to be provided.
• Preferable reference for designing malls or commercial objects.
• All design elements to be agreed with Tbilisi Mall and ALHAMRA Architects for general design,maintenance and durability purpose.

Relates to the project:

• Attached sketch design to be fully followed.
• Design area approx. 23 k m2.
• Shop fronts to be extended.
• Detail shop drawings needs to be provided, considering attached sketch drawings, including 3D visualization, sections, structural element with calculation, MEP modification as per requirement.
• Attached BOQ to be updated as per approved shop drawings, with material data sheet and approximate cost estimation of total project.
• Quality and brand of materials or equipment’s needs indication in BOQ.
• Constructive elements installation is provided in design sketch, which is mandatory to be followed.
• Vertical and horizontal LED light for extended shop fronts to be provided as an option.
• Recommendation for Logistic plan of construction work to be provided.
• Selection of furniture, art, natural elements to be provided

MEP:

• Any visible MEP elements (wires, pipes, connections) in between the AC grilles, should be hidden.
• Any additional MEP element to be considered for reuse if design will require new element connection and details to be provided.
