IOM Mission to Georgia Enhancing Counter-Trafficking Capacities in Georgia by Sustaining Inter-Agency Coordination.

Title of Services:

Information campaign to Raise Awareness on Trafficking in Persons 2nd Phase.

Please submit your proposal for the services listed below:

1	Placement of roll-up banners in the following locations (two banners per each location): Tbilisi International Airport Kutaisi International Airport Batumi International Airport	6	banner
2	Placement of 30-second animated video and airing of the clips on at least three TV channels	3	channel
3	Print and placement of posters at busy bus stops in central locations in Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Batumi. (one poster per each location)	3	location
Terms of reference (TOR) find in the enclosed Annex A.

All prices to be quoted must be without VAT and valid at least within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation. Kindly send the copy of your duly signed quotation via email at momiadze@iom.int and akakushadze@iom.int on or before 14 June 2022.

Your quotation should be accompanied with the following documents:

Short information about your company and your experience;
Vendor information sheet (VIS), including: Company Profile; Company's Articles of Incorporation; Certificate of Registration;
Code of Conduct for Suppliers;
Declaration of conformity for suppliers.
