Tender Description:

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
 
In the framework of the project “Sustainable Reintegration and community revitalization pilot initiative in communities of Return” IOM invites interested eligible Contractors to submit Quotations for the implementation of the arrangement of the drinking water bored well.
 
The project “Sustainable Reintegration and community revitalization pilot initiative in communities of Return” is taking place in the regions of Kakheti, Guria, and Imereti and it is planned to implement three community projects in the framework of the project. One of the community projects that our organization is planning to carry out is the construction of drinking water well for the village Igoreti in Kharagauli Municipality.
 
As part of its cooperation with Kharagauli municipality, in the frame of the financial part, the local government undertook the responsibility to conduct the research of looking for a water debit and procure specialized cost of accounting services.
 
Accordingly, there is attached supportive documentation provided by the Kharagauli municipality containing technical materials for purchasing the service of arrangement of drinking water well for the village Igoreti, Kharagauli municipality.
 
RFQ includes Instructions for Contractors, Technical Specifications, and administrative requirements that Contractors will need to follow to prepare and submit their quotation for consideration by IOM.
 
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, cancel the procurement process, and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Contractor/s or any obligation to inform the affected Contractor/s of the ground for the IOM’s action.

The provided proposal should include also the following supportive signed and stamped documentation as well:

• Vendor information sheet (VIS), including: Company Profile; Company's Articles of Incorporation; Certificate of Registration; Valid Government Permits/Licenses; Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years; List of all contracts entered into for the last 3 years; List of machines & equipment.
• Code of conduct (Coc);
• Declaration of conformity for suppliers;
• Bank statement document.

The Quotations must be delivered by hand to IOM’s office address at:
Tbilisi: 12 Tengiz Abuladze street, 1st Lane, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia or
Kutaisi: 118 Tsereteli street, 4600, Kutaisi, Georgia
 
on or before 24 August 2022 16:00. No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
