Tender Description:

Scope of work for Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace Hotel Solar system installation work 

General: 

• Detail shop drawings is attached  
• Quality and brand of materials is defined of can be proposed similar. 
• All equipment’s needs to be commercial use. 
• Any material or equipment will require approval, prior delivery, or installation. 
• Any activities will require proper planning and approval with technical manager. 
• Proper barricades, wall, floor, or ceiling closure to be made to eliminate any damages of exiting installation.
• Constructive elements installation is provided in design sketch, which is mandatory to be followed any other element installation needs to be agreed with technical department. 
• Any subsidizing program from government to be considered and detailed in the offer. 

Solar System: 

• Financial analysis to be provided including and not limited to investment cost, return on assets, amortization period, electricity production costs, remuneration and savings, cash flow etc.
• Type of system to be provided in detail.
• Any changes from design to be detailed. 
• Warranty period and maintenance schedule to be included. 

Contractor needs to represent following minimum staff all the time during installation activities:

• Safety representative. 
• Foreman.
• MEP engineer. 
• Skilled workers.
