Tender Description:

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of the project IOM invites interested eligible contractors to submit Quotations for the tender announced.

• International Organization for Migration kindly requests your quotation for the provision of the goods, works and/or services described in the RFQ submission form below. 
• When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ information below. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, 

Quotation should be accompanied by the following documents:

• Short information about your company and your experience.
• Quotation Submission Form.
• UN Supplier code of conduct (signed).
• License country document / Certificate of company registration from RS.GE.
• Bank details.

Additional information:

• Prices should be quoted without VAT and valid at least within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of quotation.
• Payment shall be after delivery.
• Materials shall be delivered to the following address: 12 Tengiz Abuladze first Dead-end.
• Purchase Order or Supply Contract shall be prepared for the agreement. (Please see draft forms)

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, cancel the procurement process, and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Contractor/s or any obligation to inform the affected Contractor/s of the ground for the IOM’s action.
