Tender Description:

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is announcing price quotations to select a contractor for taxi services in Batumi city and the regions.

The company shall comply with the following requirements:

• Vehicles shall be in good technical condition.
• Vehicles shall be in good sanitary condition.
• Safe transportation of the passengers shall be ensured.
• Services shall be provided by punctual, disciplined, and polite drivers.
• Call center/hotline proper operation shall be ensured.
• Vehicles shall be insured (including third-party insurance).
• Vehicles shall be of the following type: mid-size car and high mobility (SUV) vehicles.

Interested companies shall provide the following:

• Service tariffs in Batumi city (price for per kilometer) and from Batumi to regions (one way), including waiting time and return. 
• Taxi waiting time price in Batumi city.
• Brief description of the organization and commercial brochures if such exists.
• List of organizations to which taxi services are being provided.

Quotation should include the following documents:

• Quotation Submission Form.
   - COMPANY PROFILE (Vendor Information Form).
   - BIDDER’S DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY.
• Annex A_ Tariffs_ENG-GEO.
• Annex B_ Table of Specifications_ENG-GEO.
• UN Supplier Code of Conduct_CoC. 

Additional information:

• Prices should be quoted in GEL without VAT and valid at least within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation.
• Payment shall be after delivery according to the receipts provided by the end of each month.
• For the winner, a one-year Transportation of Persons Agreement EN will be awarded.
