ტენდერის აღწერილობა:

სს „კრედო ბანკი“ სწრაფად მზარდი ორგანიზაციაა, რომელიც წარმატებით ფუნქციონირებსსაქართველოს 11 რეგიონში და  დღესდღეობით მოიცავს 90 სერვისცენტრს

გაცნობებთ, რომ სს „კრედო ბანკი“ აცხადებს ტენდერს -პრივილეგირებული უფლებების მართვის (PAM) სისტემის  შესყიდის შესახებ  და იწვევს შესყიდვით დაინტერესებულ პირებს/კომპანიებს ღია ტენდერში მონაწილეობის მისაღებად.  

შესყიდვის ობიექტი: Privileged Access Management (PAM) System.

Requirements and Scope of project:

Privileged Account Discovery - scan the organization's network and systems to identify all privileged accounts, including those that might have been created without proper authorization.

• Credential Management - Securely store and manage privileged account credentials, such as passwords, encryptionkeys, SSH Keys and certificates.
• Access Control - enforce strict, role based access controls to ensure that only authorized individuals can accessprivileged accounts and systems.
• Password Rotation and Management - automate the process of password rotation for privileged accounts.
• Privileged Session management – issue privileged access for a specific period, grant access on approval bases and control privileged session (monitor in real time, terminate session, take control of the session) 
• Session Monitoring and Recording - provide real-time monitoring and recording of privileged user sessions. Recording files must not take up large space with optimal configuration. Ability to search through the recordings by metadata (entered text, opened file names, opened application names, etc.). Typed passwords must be obfuscated or not logged.
• Just-in-Time Access - manage temporary, on-demand access to privileged accounts. Automatically rotate passwords after each session.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - multi-factor authentication to verify the identity of users before granting accessto privileged accounts. Ability to integrate with external MFA providers like Microsoft Azure MFA.
• Privilege Elevation and Delegation - to implement privilege elevation and delegation mechanisms.
• Workflow Approval - for requesting and approving privileged access.
• Password Vaulting - secure password vaults where privileged credentials are stored.
• Automated Provisioning and Deprovisioning - automate the process of provisioning and deprovisioning privileged accounts.
• Threat Analytics and Anomaly Detection - threat analytics and machine learning to detect unusual behaviors and anomalies that could indicate a security breach or insider threat.
• Audit and Compliance Reporting - generate detailed audit logs and compliance reports that provide insights intoprivileged access activities. 
• Integration with SIEM – integration for advanced reporting and real-time processing of malicious behavior detection
• Secure Connection – support the following connections: HTTP/HTTPS, RDP, SSH, Telnet, ICA, MSSSQL, MySQL.
• Secure File Transfer – use secure file transfer tools that are designed for transferring files securely between systems. 
• Remote Access – possibility to provide secure remote access for external workers from the internet.
• Licensing – per-device subscription for 50 devices or systems.

დამატებითი მოთხოვნები:

• ფასების მოწოდება ხდება დანართი №1 მეშვეობით, უფლებამოსილი პირის მიერ ხელმოწერილი და ბეჭდით დამოწმებული.
• წინადადებაში მითითებული ფასი გამოსახული უნდა იყოს დოლარში და უნდა მოიცავდეს ყველა ხარჯს, მათ შორის საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი გადასახადებს და მოსაკრებლებს (მათ შორის დღგ);
• უნდა ქონდეს განხორციელებული მინიმუმ 1 ანალოგიური პროექტი. 
• პრეტენდენტმა სატენდერო წინადადებასთან ერთად უნდა წარმოადგინონ მინიმუმ 1 (ორი) კომპანიის რეკომენდაცია, რომლებიც იყენებენ შემოთავაზებულ ანტივირუსულ პროგრამას.
• პრეტენდენტმა სატენდერო წინადადებასთან ერთად უნდა წარმოადგინოს მწარმოებლის ავტორიზაციის ფორმა MAF (manufacturer authorization form). 
• ხელშეკრულების ვადის ფარგლებში დამატებითი ლიცენზიების საჭიროების შემთხვევაში ტენდერში გამარჯვებულმა კომპანიამ უნდა უზრუნველყოს ლიცენზიების მოწოდება ხელშეკრულებით შეთანხმებულ ფასში.
