Bank of Georgia invites qualified vendors to submit request for proposal of Android-based Point of Sale (POS) terminals as per the technical and functional requirements detailed below.

Instructions for Market Research Participants:

• During the market research process, participants are required to submit all documents specified in the research requirements.
• Additional information or clarifications can be obtained by contacting the designated contact person via email or phone during the research period.
• After the research concludes, the evaluation committee will review the submitted information and identify the best-qualified provider.
  

Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Market Research

• The market research is announced for the purpose of concluding a purchase agreement with the selected winner, which will define the main terms of cooperation between the parties regarding the procurement of the requested products (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
• In case of any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and the present document, the terms of the Agreement shall prevail.
• It is mandatory to fully and accurately complete the price list in the attached documentation.
• Please indicate the price in US Dollars, in accordance with Appendix 1.
