In the attached files you can find: 

• Specification (photos and preliminary designs);
• Application Form;

Interested companies should send the following:

• Filled and Signed Application (Tender) Form;
• Abstract from Public Registry;

Tender Conditions:

• Prices should include any possible taxes.
• Requested product should be until December, 2025;
• Price should be given on DAP Natakhtari delivery terms;
• Payment term: 60 days after delivery;
• Concrete piles for 4 m parasols should be quoted separately, but metal base price should be included in the parasol price;
  

Notes:

• Supplier suggestions regarding alternate material rather than 100% polyester for cost reduction purposes will be also considered.
• Tender visuals can be changed during Tender process.
