ProCredit Bank, Georgia is announcing the Tender for the purchase of Electric Vehicles (2 Cars )

Interested companies should submit the following documentation in a sealed envelope:

• Filled in and signed Specification form (please see attached file);
• Filled in and signed Application form (please see attached file);
• Detailed information about the prices, based on the tender requirements (please view the attached file);
• Payment conditions;
• Warranty conditions;
• Certificate from entrepreneurial registry;
• Delivery terms and conditions;
• Car service conditions (Please provide detailed information about car service terms and conditions).

 Please download the filled specification file on CD and provide with other documents in the envelope

** Price must include all applicable taxes (VAT, etc.)

For this specific contract winner company is obliged to open the account in ProCredit bank

Submission Terms:

Please indicate the following information on the sealed envelope:

** Name of your company;
** Contact Details (Responsible person, phone number and e-mail);
** Tender description;
** Name of the recipient department (Procurement Department);
** Note "Confidential";
** Please put company’s stamp and sign the envelope where it is sealed.

• Companies can deliver the close envelopes to the following address: N21. Al.Kazbegi Ave. And put it in the tender box on the first floor of the bank
• The tender participating company is obliged to pass registration on ProCredit Bank website (www.procreditbank.ge) (to verify tender participation)

Deadline for submission of the proposals is September 22, 2017. (till 18:00)
