Tender Description:

Georgian Card JSC is the leading service operator of the payment business, providing the service to the companies in Georgia since 1997. Until today, Georgian Card retains its position of the market leader: processing up to 200 operations per second for 1000 ATM-s, more than 10000 POS terminals and more than 3000 Self-Service terminals

Georgian Card JSC is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to deploy, configure, and support a Shift Monitoring system using Jira Service Management, as well as to provide 12-month technical support and ongoing integration work.

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a vendor capable of implementing a robust and scalable solution for shift monitoring operations, ensuring effective visibility, timely reporting, and improved operational control.

 Project Objectives:

• To implement a dedicated Shift Monitoring environment within Jira Service Management.
• To establish efficient workflows for daily logging, photo uploads, and status transitions.
• To provide real-time visibility for Monitoring, Regional, and Tbilisi teams.
• To enable mobile-friendly usage for field teams.
• To ensure reliable technical support for a period of 12 months after deployment.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The selected vendor shall be responsible for delivering the following components:

Jira Project Setup:

• Creation of a dedicated Jira Service Management project titled: Shift Monitoring.
• The project must be fully separated from existing service desks to ensure:
  - Focused visibility
  - Clean data structure
  - Role-based access control

Request Form Configuration:

• Design and configuration of a Daily Log Request Form, including:
• Required fields
• Mandatory attachments
• Validation rules ensuring accurate data entry

Workflow Design:

Creation of a custom Monitoring Workflow tailored for Daily Logs.

Workflow must include:

• Ticket creation
• Monitoring team review
• Status transitions spaced logically for shift operations
• SLA indicators where relevant
