Request for Quotations Number 19GG8018Q0010 for English Language Classes for the Georgian Armed Force Soldiers.

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for language training services.

Your quotation must be submitted via email to TbilisiBids@state.gov  on or before 5:00 PM on July 10, 2018. (NOTE: Each email transmission should not exceed 4 MB.).

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

• SF-18
• Section 1
• Additional information as required in Section
• Evaluation Factors and Section
• Representation and Certifications

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
