Tender Description:

Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Installation of Roof Top Units on the embassy Gym Building. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. 

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. 

An organized site visit has been schedule for 11:00 am on March 5, 2020. Participants will meet at US Embassy Tbilisi, 29 Georgian American Friendship ave. entrance 2. Companies interested in attendance should provide attendee information, name, surname and the company name to the following email no later than 2:00 pm on March 4, 2020 TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov

The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their proposal. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at:

Proposals are due by March 20, 2020 at 5:00 pm local time.
