Tender Description:

Action Against Hunger tackles the causes and effects of hunger and diseases that threaten the lives of vulnerable children, women and men.

Established in France in 1979, Action Against Hunger are a nongovernmental, non-political, non-religious, non-profit organisation.

Action Against Hunger – South Caucasus intends to award a Supply Contract for the supply of 

• Lot 1: two-wheel tractors (motoblocks) and 
• Lot 2: set of equipment for farmers

in the framework of humanitarian programs funded by Food and Agricultural Organization.

The main criteria for selecting new suppliers will be:

• Competitive pricing 
• Ability to meet specifications and standards
• Availability of products and delivery lead-time
• Product quality 
• Reliable delivery methods 
• Quality control methods and practices 
• Financial stability & credit strength 
• Payment conditions/requirements
• Proven performance and experience 
• Warranty conditions

Action Against Hunger does not bind itself to award the contract to the lowest offer. 

The completed offers should be sent on following email no later than 21.04.2020 at 5pm (Tbilisi time) on following email address: procurement@sc.acfspain.org

Please, indicate lot number in your offer and fill in “Appendix I_Supplier's Questionnaire”. Your financial offer should not include VAT.
