Tender Description:

SUBJECT: Request for Quotations Number 19GG8020Q0010 for English Language Classes for the Georgian Armed Force Soldiers. 

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for language training services. 

Your quotation must be submitted via email to TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov on or before 5:00 PM on August 13, 2020. (NOTE: Each email transmission should not exceed 4 MB.). 

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 

• SF-18
• Section 1
• Additional information as required in Section 4 - Evaluation Factors and Section 5 - Representation and Certifications

The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their proposal. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
