გთხოვთ გაითვალისწინოთ რომ სატენდერო დოკუმენტაციაში განხორციელდა ცვლილება. ტენდერის ჩაბარების ბოლო ვადაა 28 დეკემბერი, 16:00 საათი.

Tender Description:

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire a Service Provider for the redesign of the website in framework of the project “Sustaining Border Management and Migration Governance in Georgia (SBMMG)”, for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites specialized firms to provide a Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Redesign of the IOM Georgia project web site http://informedmigration.ge. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality–Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The RFP includes the following documents:

Section I. Instructions to Service Providers / Consulting Firms
Section II. Technical Proposal – Standard Forms
Section III. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms
Section IV. Terms of Reference
Section V. Standard Form of Contract

The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM’s office address at 12 Tengiz Abuladze street, 1^st Lane, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia on or before 28 December 2020 16:00. No late proposal shall be accepted.

Along with sending the hard copy of the original proposal, Service Providers shall deposit the electronic versions of the proposal documents on a file hosting service (Dropbox, One Drive, etc.) and shall send the link of the folder containing the proposals to momiadze@iom.int and akakushadze@iom.int no later than 16 December 2020 16:00. The subject line of the e-mail containing the link for the electronic proposal download shall clearly indicate the following:
RFP-4200006044– [insert full name of the Service Provider] – Electronic proposal.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
