All prices to be quoted must be without VAT and valid at least within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation.

Your quotation should be accompanied by the following documents:
- Short information about your company and your experience.
- Vendor information sheet (VIS), including Company Profile; Company's Articles of Incorporation; Certificate of Registration.
- Code of Conduct for Suppliers.
- Declaration of conformity for suppliers.
- License country document / Certificate of Registration.
- Bank statement document.
