აუქციონის აღწერილობა:

პროექტის „მცირე და მიკრო მეწარმეთა მდგრადი განვითარების ხელშეწყობა რეგიონში დაფინანსების წყაროებთან ხელმისაწვდომობის გაზრდით სამხრეთ კავკასიასა და უკრაინაში“ ფარგლებში, გერმანულ შპარკასენშთიფთუნგს (DSIK) სურს შეისყიდოს კვლევითი მომსახურება საქართველოში რეგისტრირებული კვლევითი/საკონსულტაციო ორგანიზაციისაგან.

კვლევის მიზანია შეაფასოს საქართველოში არსებული მცირე და მიკრო მეწარმეების საჭიროებები და მათ წინაშე არსებული გამოწვევები მიმდინარე პანდემიისა და კლიმატის ცვლილების ფონზე.

Tender Description:

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) has commissioned German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation (DSIK) with the implementation of the orientation phase of the project “Promotion of rural finance for sustainable MSE development in the Southern Caucasus and Ukraine”.

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the economic participation of the target group through improved access to and use of financial services in rural areas. In this way, the project contributes to the sustainable improvement of living conditions and the reduction of rural flight.

Within the above-mentioned project German Sparkassenstiftung plans to implement financial business literacy and entrepreneurial development seminars/coaching to enhance entrepreneurial acumen and risk management among the target group. In order to properly address the training as well as advisory support needs of the target group, a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for subsequent capacity development measures of the target group shall be performed.

Therefore, DSIK Georgia seeks to contract registered research/consulting organizations in Georgia to implement the stated research and perform the technical needs assessment. Additional details for service provision can be found in the ToR attached.
