Tbilisi Mall announces tender for the Local arhitect.

General requirements:

• A good reputation architectural company. Portfolio to be provided.
• Reference for developing drawings for commercial property. (Preferable designing shopping centers)

Relates to the project:

• Architectural drawings as per attached sketch design to be developed including decorative lighting on vertical elements and ventilation grills replacement.
• Construction area is about 23000 m2.
• BOQ to be produced as per developed and approved drawings, with material data sheet and then cost estimation of total project to be done.
• Brand of materials or equipment’s needs indication in BOQ (to be done after developing detailed drawings)
• Constructive elements that provided in design sketch is mandatory to be followed.
•  Attached sketch design with regard to floors, ceiling and vertical elements to be fully followed.
• Architect supervision to be required during work performance.
