Tender Description:

Enclosed is a Request for Information on establishing a BPA Setup with Prospective Cleaning Companies. Please review the scope of works provided under Section I, given below in order to submit a proposal. All vendors must submit their proposals electronically to the following address: TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov on or before 5:00pm January 31, 2023.

The following documentation must be submitted: 

• Company Information (date established, list of personnel, cleaning equipment etc.)
• Completed SECTION II - Company Price List for the services listed in Scope of Work
• Filled in SECTION IV - NDAA Certification Form
• Company Reference List 

The U.S. Government intends to sign a BPA with the responsible company. 

Site visit and pre-solicitation conference will be held in January 2023. 

Please send the name and surname of the persons attending the meeting no later than COB January 20, 2023 to schedule the viewing of a standard residence. You will need to have a valid identification document with you to access the premises.
