Tender Description:

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of the project “Sustainable Reintegration and community revitalization pilot initiative in communities of Return” IOM invites interested eligible Contractors to submit Quotations for the Renovation works for the educational and cultural center in village Matkhoji Khoni municipality

RFQ includes Instructions for Contractors, Technical Specifications, and administrative requirements that Contractors will need to follow to prepare and submit their quotation for consideration by IOM.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations, cancel the procurement process, and reject all quotations at any time prior to award of Purchase Order or Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Contractor/s or any obligation to inform the affected Contractor/s of the ground for the IOM’s action.

The provided proposal should include also the following supportive signed and stamped documentation as well:

• Vendor information sheet (VIS), including: Certificate of Registration.
• Code of conduct (Coc);
• Declaration of conformity for suppliers;

All prices to be quoted must be without VAT and valid at least within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation.

The Quotations must be delivered by email to following addresses momiadze@iom.int and nbegashvili@iom.int on or before 02 February 2023 16:00.
