Letter of Invitation to Tender:

Optima, hereinafter referred to as “the Employer” or “the Client”, now invites tenders for the following contract(s), hereinafter referred to as “the Contract”:

Constructional works for the Mirtkhulava 6^th and 7th Blocks  located in Didube district at Mirtkhulava street, Tbilisi, Georgia.

The Works to be tendered and executed under the Contract shall be governed by the CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer, General Conditions, First Edition 1999 (ISBN 2-88432-022-9), published by:

Details and the design documents of the project will be shared only to those Tenderers who will send confirmed and signed NDA document to the e-mail address stated below.

Tenders Documents to be uploaded by The Participants in E-Tender System:

• Confirmed and signed Letter of Tender
• Confirmed and signed Contract data;
• BOQ prepared based on the Employer’s design documents;
• Work Program (Project Timeline);
• Documents Confirming tenderer’s experience. The Tender Participant shall have at least 5 years’ experience in implementing similar type of works and submit relevant supporting documents: contract(s) and associated delivery-acceptance document(s) and/or reference number of the mentioned documents in Georgian procurement electronic system of the State Procurement Agency (e.g., NAT/CMR/SPA, etc.);
• List of Proposed Subcontractors;
• Contractor’s Equipment
• Current Contract Commitments and Pending Awards
• Charter(s);
• Registration (incorporation) documents dated no later than 1 business day prior to submission of tender documents by the tenderer ;
• Average Annual Turnover

The Participant shall submit an electronic version of the tender proposal, through the procurement platform tenders.ge. The submitted proposal (both Technical and Financial) shall be presented using the forms indicated in the current Tender Package.

Tenders must be duly completed and submitted to the Client on or before 31th of May, 2023, 14:00 Georgian Local Time.

• Any question during the electronic tender process shall be made in writing and communicated through the e-mail indicated in the Tender Invitation form
• Requests for clarification shall be received by the Client no later than 29^th of May,18:00 PM with local Georgian Time, prior to the deadline for submission of tenders
• Deadline for submitting the documentation: 31.05.2023, 18:00 Georgian Local Time;
• After uploading all the required documents, please indicate the total proposal price in the system.
• Offer shall be given in both currencies GEL and USDG, for the USD offer shall be indicated GEL/USD EX Rate;
• Auction type: Without auction;
