2. SUPPLIER PROFILE FORM (template enclosed).
Sealed bids will be received at the UNICEF Tbilisi (to be placed in sealed tender box) up to 15:00 hours of 2 October 2014 to be publicly opened at 15:00 hours the same day. One representative from each bidding company may attend the bid opening.
