Tender Description:

Association Design Georgia plans to purchase the Photo shooting service from a company or physical person.

For detailed information, see the attached technical document: (Appendix 1).

• The deadline for receiving the offer is 16^th of April 2024
• Please submit your proposals in English.
• Late offers will not be considered!
• Proposals must be submitted in GEL (national currency), proposals submitted in other currencies will not be accepted.
• Please note that the price quoted must not include VAT. (As under the project, the organization is free from VAT, can provide special documentation)

Please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your proposal electronically:

• Proposals must be submitted in PDF format in separate files.
• Additionally, we request that you provide the latest shooting materials, including pictures of several similar products that have been previously shot. The files must be named as follows:
  - Financial offer;
  - Portfolio.

Please indicate the “Product Photo Shooting” in the subject line of the e-mail.

The offer must include the following information:

• Company name / In case of Physical Person official Name & Surname
• Identification number / In case of Physical Person ID Number
• Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail)
• Tender Name: Product Photo Shooting
• Recipient: Association Design Georgia

Questions regarding procedural or technical issues can be sent to the indicated e-mails; in case of violation of the rules, your offer will not be considered.

The evaluation of proposals is expected to be completed by 19^th April, 2024.

Only the winning candidate will be contacted.

General proposal evaluation scheme:

The received proposals will be evaluated both according to prices and portfolio.

• After the portfolio overview, the price proposals of the presenting bidders are considered.
• In the final evaluation, portfolio/subject evaluation will be included with 40%, previous working experience with Design Georgia or its members with 10% and price/value with 50%.
• According to the received results, the bidders will be assigned a serial number.
• Negotiations on the signing of the contract will begin with the person/company with the best performance.
• If the negotiations do not end successfully, then the negotiations will be resumed with the next candidate.
