Tender Description:

LTD GEORGIAN WATER AND POWER (Registration number: 203826002; Registration Country: Georgia) announces an electronic tender on procurement of the KIA K2700 spare parts.

1.1 BACKGROUND:

 ”Georgian Water and Power” (gwp) is a leading company on the water supply market of Georgia and South Caucasus. The company provides high quality service to the population of Tbilisi and Mtskheta, as well as to state organizations, industrial and commercial objects.More than 3000 company employees ensure delivering water and wastewater services to Tbilisi residents.

Georgian Water and Power serves about 510 000 customers throughout the city Including - Residential 480 000; Nonresidential 30 000.

1.2 SOLICITATION:

GWP wishes to procure KIA k2700 spare parts that are presented in Annex 2. 

• The bidder is permitted to present original or alternative origin materils.
• The mention of the origin of materials is mandatory.
• The proposal for some materials of the list (an incomplete offer) is permitted.

1.3 DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:

Bidders shall include the following documents in their quotation and upload in the electronic tender:

• Annex- 1 - Quotation-Submission form – Full filled and signed.
• Annex - 2 - Technical and financial offer – Full filed and signed.
• Commerce Registration Certificate for not Georgian companies.
• Extract from the Register of Entrepreneurs and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities, which must be issued after the announcement of this electronic tender.

1.4 QUOTATION VALIDITY PERIOD:

Quotations shall remain valid for 30 days from the deadline for the Submission of Quotation.

1.5 PAYMENT TERMS:

• If the Contractor is registered and operating in Georgia, the payment shall be realized in Georgian Lari (GEL) at the exchange rate of the National Bank on the day of the transfer, and price must be including VAT, legalization, transportation, and all other charges.
• If the contractor is not registered in Georgia, the price must include the INCOTERM EXW, and payment shall be realized in USD.

1.6 DELIVERY LEAD TIME:

• The bidder must provide the delivery time in Annex N2. The earliest delivery time will take priority.
• The closest delivery time will be one of the decisive parameters in the assessment.
• For the Georgian companies the delivery place is Tbilisi, Georgia, Peikrebi street N30;
• For the Not Georgian comapnies the good will be collected from the supplier adresss;

1.7 MANUFACTURE WARRANTY:

The bidder must be indicate the warranty period in the Annex 2.

A longer warranty period will take priority.

1.8 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• The "goods" delivered must be brand new.
• The “goods” delivered must not have been in operation.

NOTE: 

• All documents and/or information created by the bidder and uploaded in the electronic tender must be signed by an authorized person;
• All documents and/or information created by the bidder should be confirmed by the electronic signature of the authorized person or the electronic stamp of the company;

1.9 OTHER REQUIREMENT:

• At the time of submission of the proposal, the bidder should not be:
  - In the process of bankruptcy;
  - In the process of liquidation;
  - In a state of temporary suspension of activities.
  
• The Procurer reserves the right to determine the deadline for completion of the tender, change the terms of the tender, notifying the tender participants in a timely manner or terminate the tender at any stage of its progress

The Procurer shall identify the winning supplier to the Tender Committee and notify the decision to all

participating companies. The Purchaser is not obliged to provide the participating company with a verbal or written explanation of any decision related to the competition.

The Purchaser reserves the right to verify any information received from the Bidders, as well as to seek information about the Bidder Company or its activities. If it is proved that the information provided by the bidder is not true or falsified, the bidder will be disqualified.

Please note that the Buyer will not accept any oral questions for further information.

Questions over the phone will be accepted as an exception.
