Tender Description:
The European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM) has launched Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Construction Materials. The tender dossier for the first phase of the DPS is available at https://www.eumm.eu/en/about_eumm/tenders
The system is open for registration continuously from 20 November 2024 until 15 November 2026.
Undergoing the registration phase will allow potential tenderers to take part in mini-competitions - the second phase of the DPS. Subsequent mini competitions shall be conducted by the contracting authority solely via email with the tenderers that have passed the registration phase.
Requests to participate in the DPS may be sent at any time during the registration period, until 15 November 2026, to dps@EUMM.EU
Registration shall take usually no more than 15 calendar days. For more detailed information and templates please check the tender dossier published on the EUMM website: https://www.eumm.eu/en/about_eumm/tenders

we don't see requested construction material list in Eumm website, where is it?
Thank you for your interest. We are currently at Stage 1 of the DPS – where any economic operator can request to participate by filling in an application (Request to Participate Form). Stage 2 will be tendering in mini competitions, and the list of requested construction material for each mini competition will be shared with those economic operators that have successfully passed Stage 1.
