Tender information:
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the project Reinforcing the Capacities of the Government of Georgia in Border and Migration Management for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide a Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Conducting a border crossing satisfaction survey on border crossing points in Georgia. More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
Submission Terms:
The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM’s office address at 19 Tengiz Abuladze Street, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia on or 22 May 2017 12:00. No late proposal shall be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms.

Dear Sir / Madam, Could you please provide clarification in frames of the ToR (Conducting a border crossing satisfaction survey on border crossing points in Georgia) for consulting services: 1. As stated in the ToR travelers / passengers experience in dealing with border agencies (Patrol Police & Revenue Service) should be studies. We suppose only entering passengers who have already passed through passport and customs checks will be interviewed. 2.
