Tender Description:

JSC Bank of Georgia is Announcing an electronic tender for the procurement of the CloudInfrastructure Security Tool.

Object of the procurement: 

Cloud infrastrucrure tool which will cover Cloud resources 350 and Runtime protection for 30 worker nodes.  

Technical requirements:

Must Have Features:

• The solution should support multi cloud environments, including but not limited to:
  - AWS
  - Microsoft Azure
  - GCP
  - Oracle
• • The Solution must provide an agentless architecture as well as agent based for runtime protection.
• • The solution should be able to integrate with existing security tools (SIEM, Ticketing systems and more)
• • The solution should have IAC Scanning Capabilities.
• • DSPM (Capabilities for scanning multiple type of data storage (Object Storages, Relational and Non-Relational Databases, virtual machines and its storages . . .)
• • Serverless Security
• • The solution must have an ability to generate and track security standards like PCI DSS, GDPR and more)
• • Real time vulnerability and risk detection.
• • The solution should be able to detect security misconfigurations around multi-cloud resources.
• • The solution should be able to provide insights on potential attack path and recommend mitigation strategies.
• • The solution should be able to create custom policies to align with internal security standards.
• • Proven experience in delivering cloud security solutions for enterprise clients 

Nice To Have Features:

• User friendly interface with detailed dashboards and actionable insights.
• Customizable reporting capabilities.
• Vulnerability Prioritization, compliance trend and ability to group resources based on project and give “project-based” view.

Additional Requirement:

Participant should provide duration of implementation if implementation is needed, detail schedule should be provided with prices. The bank reserves the right to purchase the Tool without implementation. Therefore, please provide separate pricing for the tool and its maintenance.

Instructions for tender participants:

•  "The bank reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender at any time."

Additional Information:

The bank is committed to reducing its environmental impact and ensuring the monitoring of environmental and sustainable development components.

The bank cooperates with suppliers who share the same standards, and whose policies and daily operations reflect actions aimed at minimizing hazardous waste, energy, water, and carbon dioxide, and they control these actions in their daily work. They must be able to provide documentation to confirm this.

In case of cooperation with the bank, the party declares that:

• It will fully and properly comply with environmental protection requirements and local and/or international legislation, including the requirements set forth in the environmental impact assessment report or the conclusions of ecological expertise, and/or the conditions of permits or licenses.
• It will ensure the collection, transportation, and processing of waste in accordance with the law.
• In the event of any circumstance (including any type of accident, incident, and/or disaster) that poses a threat to environmental protection and/or the violation of local and/or international environmental protection legislation, the party must notify the bank within 5 (five) business days regarding the situation and the measures being taken to resolve the mentioned circumstances.
