The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Representation in Georgia invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the consultancy service:

Title of the Assignment: Digitalization and Design of Produced Social Entrepreneurship Training Module
Project Name: Social Entrepreneurship and Enhanced Development- Based Skills (SEEDS) in Georgia and Ukraine
Donor: European Union

Overview of the Assignment:

The purpose of the assignment is to transform the existing Social Entrepreneurship Training Manual into an engaging, digital self-learning package. The selected service provider will be responsible for:

• Designing a visually compelling layout for the 103-page SE manual
• Producing ten short tutorial videos (3–5 minutes each) with motion design and subtitles
• Creating an interactive online page on Rethink.ge to host videos, the manual, quizzes, and auto-generated certificates

The consultancy period is expected to run from April 16 to May 8, 2025, with a final acceptance deadline of May 13, 2025.

Application Package Must Include:

Per ToR – Technical and Qualitative Documents:

• CVs of all team members, including designers and technical staff
• List of relevant consultancies (past 3 years) including links to at least one designed manual and one video tutorial
• Two (2) recommendation letters from previous clients
• Technical proposal including:
  - Work methodology
  - Timeline and deliverables
  - Involved human resources
  - Estimated budget (in EUR, excluding VAT)

Evaluation Criteria

Bids will be evaluated based on:

• Experience and qualifications of the team (50%)
• Relevance and feasibility of the proposed services (50%)

Only technically qualified bids will proceed to financial evaluation.
