Please clarify the expected level of site presence for both the Environmental & Social Specialist and the Occupational Health & Safety Specialist (full-time resident, part-time, scheduled visits, or as required). For Occupational Health & Safety Specialist you mention “monthly retainer base” – what is the expected estimated monthly manhour commitment. Or does it have to be defined by the Consultant based on the basis of project / work volume? 3. Will onsite personnel be provided with the site office? 4. It is assumed that transportation to/from the site and the accommodation/per diem fee for site personnel is to be covered by the Consultant and included in the costs. 5. Will each contractor(s) have dedicated E&S and H&S personnel, with the Consultant providing oversight only? Will Client have E&S and H&S personnel or is E&S and H&S scope fully outsourced to the Consultant. 6. How many EPC contractors or principal contractors are expected to be working on the Project? As per RFP, for the Occupational Health & Safety Specialist shall review the Contractor HSE documentation, will that apply to all contractors? Is this type of review also required to be done by the Environmental & Social Specialist? 7. Clause 7 states “as listed in table above”. Does it refer to the table in Annex 1, Scope 1 below? 8. For the listed management plans and procedures, is the Consultant expected to prepare them from scratch or review and update existing documentation? 9. Is the list of documentation exhaustive, or do you anticipate that additional documents may be requested. If so, the assumption is that those will be subject to contract variation. 10. What is the language requirement of the documents to be prepared, English only or English and Georgian both? 11. The project location covers the forest lands. Are tree felling permits obtained (including tree inventory) or shall the Consultant make arrangements for permitting? 12. Is Consultant support/involvement required in any other permitting activities or are all other applicable permits in place (construction permit, emission/discharges norms, development/agreement of waste management plans etc.) 13. Under the one-time Occupational Health & Safety Services, environmental factor measurements are requested. Please clarify: • which specific measurements are required (noise, dust, vibration, illumination, chemical exposure, biological agents, etc.); • whether accredited laboratory services are expected to be included in the Consultant’s scope. 14. Are CVs of key personnel required within the proposal submission, or may they be submitted only upon request as indicated in the RFP?
