Tender Description:

GIZ announces tender: Procurement of Equipment for Selected Local Manufacturing Companies.

We intend to award a contract for procurement of goods in the enclosed procurement documents.

• Please submit your tender by 30.10.2026 23:59 o’clock in English only to ge_quotation@giz.de
• The email subject line should be in the form of: Tender no. – 10045386
• Tender deadline: 30.10.2026 23:59 Tenders received after the tender deadline will not be accepted.
• Tender validity:  20.11.2026 Please note that tenders must be valid at least until the end date specified for the period of validity of tenders.

Deadline for questions concerning the tender: If you have any questions regarding the tender, please address these only to ge_quotation@giz.de, copying in the contract manager’s email address, at the latest two working days before the tender deadline.

Details of our submission requirements are explained in the enclosed terms and conditions for application.The tender must be submitted based on Technical Specifications outlined in Annex 3 and it must submitted in the format of Annex 4 Price Schedule. Modification of tender documents or specifications may result in exclusion from the contract award procedure.The contract will be awarded to the tender offering the lowest price. Comments about  updates:

The description of Item 13 under Lot 1 in Annex 3 has been corrected. The same correction has also been made in Annex 4.

Please note that the amendments to the tender documentation are limited to two changes: the extension of the tender submission deadline and the correction of the description of Item 13 under Lot 1. All other terms and conditions of the tender documentation remain unchanged.

სატენდერო დოკუმენტაციაში შეტანილი ცვლილებები მოიცავს მხოლოდ ორ საკითხს: სატენდერო წინადადებების წარდგენის საბოლოო ვადის გახანგრძლივებას და ლოტი 1-ის მე-13 პოზიციის დასახელების შესწორებას. დოკუმენტაციის სხვა პირობები უცვლელი რჩება.
