Tender description:

Tbilisi Hills Development and Construction LLC announces tender for the construction of road infrastructure network in Sector I of “Tbilisi Hills Golf Club”

Tender documentation consists of following parts:

• Tender conditions
• Design documentation
• Plan of construction area
• Bill of quantities
• All the mails or e-mails sent to the participants of the tender that indicate the change in the tender or additional information
• Form of the contract

Works:

• The scope of works include all the works mentioned in the tender documentation, specifications and in design documentation. In case of conflict between the quantities in the specifications and on the drawings, the quantity on the drawings should be taken as the correct one.
• The works include but are not limited to:
  - All the necessary markings and measuring.
  - All the necessary accessory works including lifting works, cleaning of the territory, cleaning and utilization of the waste, drawing up the as-built documentation.
  - Ensuring the work safety. Contractor will have to ensure the safe passage to all the places works are conducted.
  - As-built documentation including as-built drawings, acts of hidden works, site daily logs, certificates and declarations of conformity. As built documentation will be handed over to the Customer in 3 copies on paper and 1 CD.
  - The works also include the activities that in their nature are included in the works and are necessary to meet the Clients goal.
  - Concrete works, asphalt works, pavement works, supply and installation of materials, excavation works etc.

Expressing Quotation and currency:

• Quotation will have to be given in Georgian lari (GEL), and cannot depend on exchange rate fluctuations with other currencies.
• Price quotation will have to include all the expenses that are necessary to conduct the construction works, testing, handing over to the Client, eliminating the defects.
• Price quotation will have to include all the taxes, indirect costs and salaries of the Contractor.

Language:

• Price quotation will have to be presented in English. In case of conflict between Georgian and English documentation, English will take precedence. 

Validity Period:

• Price quotation will have to be valid for 60 days from the date it is presented.

Contract:

• Contract form attached to the tender documentation.
• Warranty for the conducting of the works will have to be given to the Client in the sum of 10% from the price of the contract (including VAT) for the period of conducting the works.
• Contractor will give the warranty on the works conducted for the period of 2 years from the completion of the works in the sum of 2% from the price of the works. 
• Invoicing will take place once a month by the 5’th day. Invoices will be paid within 15 working days, after acceptance of the conducted works (Formula 2).
• Contract will have to be concluded latest by 31.07.2017

Price Quotation:

• Price quotations will have to be sent to e-mail gocha.kelenjeridze@tbilisihills.com by 04.07.2019, by 13.00 Quotations sent later then the deadline will not be considered!
• Price quotation will have to include all the liabilities, rights, risks and the expenses for them. 
• Price quotation will have to fully correspond to the conditions of design documentation and tender documentation. 
• Participants of the tender will have to check the quantities of the bill of quantities in the design documentation and compare them to the drawings. Contractor will have to take full responsibility for the quantities in the price quotation.
• Participants of the tender will have to present list of similar works successfully performed in the past 5 years.

Other conditions:

• Contractor will have to insure their activity for the possible damage to the third persons and take a CAR insurance for the sum of price quotation.
• Contract will include conducting a design of organizing the works and taking measures for safety on the site.
• Contractor will have to compile a detailed time schedule of the works.
• Contractor will have to present the persons CV who will be responsible of the works process.
• Contractor will bring their own construction cabins, water and supply the site with electricity if needed. These activities will have to be coordinated with the client.
