Tender Description:

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) in Georgia requests from Potential Vendors the submission of price bids on Vehicle spare Parts and Vehicle Maintenance service.

• Please note that this RFQ issued for the Purchase  (Framework) Agreement which will need to be valid for one year with possible extension.  The Offered Prices should be FIXED at minimum for 6 (SIX) MONTHS.  The Quotation requested in the attached RFQ form is for the comparison purposes to able the Procurement Committee of DRC to evaluate the bidders and identify the winner by considering the main procurement principle -  the best value for money. The main criteria of the comparison would be the proposed price, quality/technical specification and valid period of Fixed Prices. DRC will reserve right to request separately quotations  from winner for other spare parts/service items  not listed in Annex A as considered needed for the operation.

• Filled, signed  and stumped Supplier Profile Registration Form;
• Stumped and Signed  Supplier Code of Conduct;
• Prices should be excluding VAT

ტენდერის აღწერილობა:

• გთხოვთ მოგვაწოდეთ ფასები დღგ-ს გარეშე მოთხოვნილ სერვისზე „-ავტომანქანების სათადარიგო ნაწილები და შეკეთების/პროფილაქტიკური სერვისი“.
• ფასების მოთხოვნა ხორციელდება ჩარჩო ხელშეკრულების გაფორმებისთვის რომელიც იქნება ძალაში მინიმუმ 1 წლით შემდგომი გაგრძელების შესაძლებელობით. გაითვალისწინეთ რომ, შემოთავაზებული ფასები   მოქმედი  უნდა იყოს  სულ მცირე 6 (ექვსი) თვით.
• დანართი ა-ში ჩამონათვალი ნაწილების და მომსახურების მოთხოვნილი ფასების მიხედვით შესყიდვების კომისია დაადგენს ტენდერის გამარჯვებულს ფასის საუკეთესო ღირებულების განსაზღვირთ. შეფასების მთავარი კრიტერიუმი იქნება ფასი, ხარისხი/ტექნიკური მახასიათებლები და ფიქსირებული ფასების შემოთავაზების ხანგრძლივობა. 
• ლტოლვილთა დანიის საბჭო იტოვებს უფლებას რომ გამარჯვებულს დამატებით ფასების მოთხოვნის საფუძველით  შეუკვეთოს სხვა ნაწილები და სერვისი რაც არ არის დანართით გათვალისწინებლი.

ზემოთ აღნიშნულ სერვისის მოწოდების მსურველებმა გთხოვთ მოგვაწოდოთ შემდეგი დოკუმენტების ჩამონათვალი ლდს მეილის შემდეგ მისამარზე GEO-TBS-Procurement@drc.ngo არა უგვიანეს 13.03.2020,18:00  

• RFQ (ფასების კვოტირების ფორმა) შევსებული ბეჭედასმული.
• მომწოდებლის რეგისტრაციის ფორმა შესვებული და ბეჭედასმული
• ეთიკის კოდექსტი ხელმოწერილი და ბეჭედასმული
• ფასი უნდა იყოს დღგ-ს გარეშე
