Expression of Interest:

The European Union Monitoring Mission in Georgia (EUMM Georgia) is searching for a property to be leased and to be used for office purposes:

• For the Mission Headquarters in Tbilisi with building surface of approx. 2,200 m² and parking space for approx. 70 vehicles. More information on the Mission’s website: https://eumm.eu/en/about_eumm/tenders
• For the a Field Office in Mtskheta, Digomi, Saguramo, Natakhtari or Zahesi with building surface of approx. 700 m² and parking space for approx. 20 vehicles. More information on the Mission’s website: https://eumm.eu/en/about_eumm/tenders

The Expression of Interest may be submitted either by the owner of the building or by the owner’s authorized representative. The authorized representative will have to enclose the letter of authority along with the Expression of Interest. No brokerage will be paid by EUMM.
