Request for Quotations number 19GG8020Q0009
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for US Embassy Tbilisi Auditorium Renovation. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 4 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit electronically to:
TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov ( multiple emails are permitted, each email size shall not be more than 3MB) 

Please submit your quotation to the above address. The deadline for receipt of quotations is 17:00 local time, on August 24, 2020. No quotations will be accepted after this time. 

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 

SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30). Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base year and the option year.

Section 5, Representations and Certifications Additional Information as required in Section 4. 

The Embassy will hold a site visit on August 5, 2020 at 11:00am. All interested participants shall contact TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov and provide names for attendees 24 hour prior the scheduled site visit to arrange access to the Embassy building. 

Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov, questions must be written in English. 

The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their proposal. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
